DeSantis would be the best pick, especially if Trump got sick or jailed.
With DeSantis in the wings, Democrats might prefer Donald as president.

Two alpha males won't work, ever... neither one would want that to happen. Tulsi would be the best pick IMO.

Tulsi woke up to what Democrats are really all about. Have you listened to her lately? I don't see her as I see Biden, willing to change ideology for power. She may not be a conservative yet, but she's headed that way with every insane idea we see coming from Democrats. Lots of people are flipping, especially black men.

I agree a Trump/DeSantis ticket would be great, but like I said, neither one wants to be #2 or outshined in any way.
