The Supreme Court is judging a case this week that could affect people all over the globe. These two Deep Red States want to control the social media in their state.
So far the justices seem skeptical about individual states controlling free speech. I tend to side with them.
I would make one exception. Tik Tok, a Chinese social media company controlled by Beijing should be banned in the United States. It is trying to control the narrative of so many political issues. Plus China already severely restricts almost all social media out of the United States.
