Again a publicity stunt on the part of the democrats. The judge overruled the Illinois Board of Elections unanimous decision to have his name on the ballot. She then stayed her decision pending review by the Supreme Court.
I believe that moves like this strengthen President Trump with independents. It is being done in blue states with no hope that Trump would win in - CO, ME, IL. Not a politically astute move.
