I believe that moves like this strengthen President Trump with independents. It is being done in blue states with no hope that Trump would win in - CO, ME, IL. Not a politically astute move.
This is the judge who banned President Trump from the ballot. Doesn't look like she has jurisdiction unless President Trump was speeding by in his limousine.
