INTERESTING CONCEPT ON VENUE FOR A FEDERAL TRIAL was created by ramage

It has been suggested that an individual accused of a federal crime be tried in the state of residency rather that in Washington, D.C.
Any thoughts?

The problem with DC is that it's the epicenter of the left's power. You can't get a fair trial if you are not a Democrat.
