They sanitized the scenes of destroyed bodies, the blood is dry, so u don NOT SEE IT STREAMING IN POOLS.....i WISH THEY WOULD HAVE SHOWN THE OBSCENE,INHUMANE INSANITY of our obsession with guns......(like they did in Vietnam)....THE REASON THE WAR ENDED,PEOPLE SAW THE HORROR OF BODIES BLOWN INTO PIECES AND BATHING IN BLOOD.
I will always hold these words in my mind.....from a first responder ,who was at the scene, loading the mortally wounded into his squad car....(Century 21 theater victims )...I drove off, with the injured in back end of my car...I could hear the SLOSHING OF THE BLOOD,AS I SPEED AROUND THE CORNERS.....put that into your memory bank and try mending from the horror.
AR-15 desths are less than five hundred Americans per year out of a population of 330 million! Despite 10 million AR's in public hands. Very low death rate per weapon.
AR-15's shoot a varmint round. Not even legal to use to hunt Deer and Elk in Colorado because it is so underpowered.
Don't let the media assault you with their slanted coverage. They had to use over ten years of shootings to get these numbers.
And recently Colorado passed antigun laws that will just make less safe areas. Women over 21 who want to carry a gun around dark college campuses to protect themselves? This Democrat legislature just banned it. Even if the women have a restraining order.
"Safe zones"? Most of the multiple shootings happen in these safe zones because these glory seeking killers know their victims are not allowed to carry legally there. Government makes everything worse.
Let people legally carry after background checks and training. Don't disarm the responsible citizen.
