It posts bail for people accused of crimes that cannot afford bail. Why are you opposed to that?

This is how our system of justice works, Rick. You are innocent until proven otherwise. These people are charged, but not convicted. Until then, they have the RIGHT to post bail and be free. Then they have the RIGHT to a fair trial.

The bail bond system has worked well for hundreds of years but that isn't good enough for those like K. A few nights in jail can be an excellent way to examine the choices you have made in life. Consider it meditation.
