Showers?

How many per week? 6 or more for me, but they are the main way I wake up in the morning and the hot water helps my aches.

AM awake,takes away the aches,touching the shower floor,steaming heat,helps me stand straight.
PM pulls away all the day's dust,touching the shower floor relaxes muscles for rest.....repeat EVERY DAY.

NOT A BUBBLY BATH BABE.

Love indoor plumbing! Love hot and cold running water. Modern humans are so lucky.
