Nations all over the world got addicted to spending much more than they have brought in the last few years. Financial experts are worried we might see a global depression and rampant inflation if they don't quickly get spending under control.

All the other countries we’ve been protecting for decades need to build their own militaries to protect themselves. They won’t do it because it would mean having to cut social programs. They obviously don’t believe Putin is a threat to the NATO countries.

And he isn't really. NATO thought Kiev would fall in three days. Instead the vaunted Russian military was revealed to be a paper tiger. They are stuck in eternal trench warfare that has bled them dry and bankrupted the nation. They are using tanks from the 1960's.
