Very true. There are no fiscal conservatives running in this election. Even the Libertarian candidate isn't known for his fiscal restraint.

OH U KNOW ME SO WELL....NOT, I never watch the View and Maddow has not been on my radar for at least a year.. NPR and alternate news MOTHER JONES and other sources. It is my belief u have no concept of just how close we r to .destroying our way of life....the SCOTUS is in the back pocket of Trump and other extremely pertinent entities r there also. JMO

Destroying our way of life is what your party is doing. It’s your party that is gutting the middle class with the forced green bullshit and the endless amount of money printing required to obtain their goals. The country is broke, and Democrats want to break more.

You probably believe Biden “created” 15 million jobs after the government took away at least that many jobs during the COVID experiment. I call it an experiment because our government tried to force people to stay home, get an experimental injection, and to wear a stupid mask they knew was ridiculous. Stay with your herd, I’m sure you’ll be ok.

let us re examine that statement.......both parties have been printing money..for decades...that is how we got into this fubar. JMO

Tell me, HA, what party wants to spend 100 trillion plus to convert the country to "green" energy? You do understand that's insane, right? Do you own a calculator and do you know how to use it?

You don't know anything about our debt and how much we are currently spending on interested, do you? You have no idea how a debt spiral works or what will happen to the p[or and middle class if they can't afford to drive or heat their homes. Pull your head out and grab a calculator.

The world runs on oil and gas and that will not change with hopes and dreams of green crap that has to be built with OIL AND GAS. If the US dollar is dropped as the world reserve currency, good luck surviving.

OH, your underestimation of me is amusing....of course I know the obscene amount of debt load...it keeps piling up ,doesn't matter who is in office...the can get kicks down the road EVERYTIME. WHAT IS YOUR POINT??? WE LIVE ON A FIXED INCOME...WE UNDERSTAND WHAT GOES OUT MUST BE COMING IN.The government NEVER has grasped that essential fact. It does not matter who is on office, GIVE IT UP

But if you are paying $100 per kilowatt hour for high maintenance heavy windmills versus $35 per hour for clean burning Natural gas, the poor can afford the gas more than they can afford the bougie wind turbines.

You never address the hopes and dreams of the party you vote for. Please explain IN YOUR OWN WORDS, how TF we can afford to convert this country to “clean” energy?

It’s just not possible unless bankruptcy is part of the solution. Go ahead, HA, tell me how it’s going to work.

Rich people despite having huge homes spend a very small percent of their incomes on utilities. The poor? They can spend 30% per month! So every time Governor Polis demands Xcel replace inexpensive natural gas power plants with expensive wind turbines, he is screwing over those on fixed incomes.
Every time the Democrats mandate that only expensive EV's that get charged with expensive wind power are allowed to be sold after 2030, they make life tougher on those living in tiny apartments. Where are they going to find a 220V plug?
