BINGO The point of making a vague prediction is that you can later proclaim you are right and also say you were not wrong. Fourth Turning isn't an answer to anything... just two words an author came up with that could mean any kind of change depending on context. So boring.

Authors can be wrong.

Malthus was wrong.
The Population Bomb people were wrong.

90% of climate change predictions were wrong.
