SECOND cutting, bailed and stacked....my Maples r turning rosy rust hues, hollyhocks r starting to turn to seed, lavender harvested and sachets r stacked in piles, ready to be filled. Geese r back, the familiar honking heard thru the day. Put the Hudson Bay blanket on the bed, Found all the "fall fair" decor, yard is
looking like the turn of the season. NEVER go to Starbucks for pumpkin latte,Chobani has a cool pumpkin creamery, just found it and it is fab. Weeds
wacked one last time on our 1/4 acre lot, the berm looks mountain beautiful. LADY FALL is arriving as scheduled......Fall equinox fast approaching

ENJOY THE EXQUISITE time of year.........(still 80's here during the day,the lows in low 50's)......miss the mountain crispiness during the day....BUT,ALL THINGS R JUST 10 MINUTES AWAY FROM HOME..... (what a concept)

We only get one cutting in South Park but this year was a bumper crop. Lots of late season downpours. And the past two years the range cattle didn't eat it all!
