I doubt you would watch and listen to this yet there is many references to who "They" are and how they have developed and even patented weather controls.

THEY....military complex, specifically USAF and Navy...THE DOD was given much money back in the early 1990's.......the interest? Alaska's aurora borealis ( "northern lights) and the defense application of it's unique energy. UNIVERSITY OF FAIRBANKS was/is ground zero for the project upstart.

Alaska's strategic geo location and Hawaii's locale was the impetus.....

Is that because it doesn’t have damning info about the Biden family or is it because Joe Biden is pretty much irrelevant at this point? Joe will pardon his son for all the crimes he committed and the rest of the crimes Biden was involved in will be buried unless Republicans control the house, senate, and presidency.

I don't believe that this hurricane or the later rain storms are the result of government, but I also do believe cloud seeding has limited effectiveness in generating both rain and snow storms.

The Russians would use it to make snow fall on rural villages instead of Moscow in order to save snow plow costs.

Wow. The gulf waters are the warmest they have ever been in recorded history, but sure, let's blame hurricane Helene on cloud seeding rather than climate change.
