Like a typical MAGA republican, you try to push the blame on anyone other than your dear leader.

Didn't your teachers educate you on this? Or were you sleeping in class? Or did the teacher's union fail your generation?

There were multiple 9-0 decisions with the Supreme Court last year. Doesn't sound like they aren't free thinkers. Please examine how the Court actually voted instead of just reading the DNC daily talking points against the Supremes.

Presidents don’t have much of an effect on all that, though, in part because they usually don’t make major changes to economic policy, said Michael Strain, director of economic policy for the right-leaning American Enterprise Institute. “I definitely think presidents get too much blame and too much credit,” he said.

Trump and Republicans did pass tax cuts that had a small effect on boosting the economy, said Diane Swonk, the chief economist with the accounting firm KPMG.

But when Trump imposed tariffs on hundreds of billions of dollars’ worth of Chinese goods — he wanted to bring manufacturing back to the United States — it actually raised prices. “Pretty much everyone agrees the trade war inflicted a lot of pain to the economy,” The Washington Post’s Heather Long wrote at the time, adding, “Trump’s actions amounted to one of the largest tax increases in years.”

(SO-O-O......there u have it.......STOP the stupid stance of who's started the fire.......)
The economy hit a brick wall in 2020, when the pandemic forced nearly everything to close. Trump, along with Republicans and Democrats in Congress, injected trillions into the economy to keep it from going up in flames.

We already discussed this. Tariffs are powerful tools but they are often a double edged sword.
Helping your manufacturing economy can hurt the consumers in your economy.

I like tariffs when other nations are selling products at unfairly low prices in order to destroy your domestic manufacturing.

And I love Trump wanting to ban Chinese automobiles built in Mexico from being available to American consumers.

Tariffs are not a simple topic that you can say they are all bad and should never be used.

Life is more complicated.

I think u missed this part.......do NOT name Biden as the basis of our problems....YES, it is complicated, but this bullshit partisanship is poor forward thinking.

I disagree with what your expert said. Strong presidents who aren't afraid to use executive orders have major opportunities to change the economy.

Of course, this isn't always so. Sometimes you do inherit a bad economy and is can take years to turn around. Or other weak economies can drag ours down.

Inflation was low, wages were up. People had more buying power which makes that spoon fed propaganda.
