And the FCC has NBC scrambling to correct their blatant violation of the rules during an election due to Harris' visit. Guess it will boil down to whether or not an invitation to appear on a NBC program that's not SNL, and issued after Harris' appearance on SNL, will satisfy the requirements held by a publicly licensed network broadcasting on the federally regulated frequencies.
