California isn't the only State looking to target one specific business through legislation . . . we just went through a similar exercise in Colorado during the last election . . . DIO 309 sought to ban the one slaughterhouse operating within the city limits from doing business in Denver. Of course, the ordinance sought a total ban on such businesses, but all of the others had already left town and relocated, so this action was targeted to remove the one remaining business.
