Democrats are creating congressional districts that Garry would be proud of. (Or ashamed?)

I’m sure it was done to make sure Republicans weren’t disenfranchised . . . lol

Harris got 54% of the votes in Illinois but 14 out of 17 congressional seats in Illinois! Should be closer to 9 Democrats and 8 Republicans. No wonder the Republican majority in the House is so tight!

Master Stroke in Gerrymandering! Eliminating representation for 70% of Illinois Republicans.

Just for grins, have you seen the map for TX 6, 12, 24, 32, & 33 around Dallas?

Thank you!

Oklahoma is a great example of horrible gerrymandering too. Five seats, all going to Republicans even though 35% of Oklahoma voted for Harris. Surely they could carve out a district that gives Democrat voters some representation in the House of Representatives.

Maybe if they expanded the House from 435 districts to 1000 that would create better representation. Might even encourage more regional parties. Amish might even get their own congressmen or Native Americans.

'Tis the nature of the beast to ensure one remains in power once power has been achieved regardless of ideology, clan, tribe, ethnicity, sex or any other delineator.

Politicians would always prefer to pick their voters than have the voters pick their politicians. ;)
