National Archivist still isn't going to certify and publish it as the 28th Amendment to the federal Constitution, so it doesn't matter what Biden declares at this point . . . the deadline to adopt the ERA expired in 1982. Can't amend an expired law, you have to pass a new one and the 119th Congress isn't going to be wasting its time with this one.

Not to mention, though I will, equal protection under the law regardless of sex is already the law of the land, has been for quite some time now, way, waaayyyy before Biden's "proclamation".

Biden is desperately trying to create a good legacy out of hot steaming garbage. Too late pal.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

I loved Jonathan Turley's comment . . . "President Biden seems intent on moving his administration from the odious to the absurd".

Tribe needs to retire. As senile as Biden.

I thought that Vance's comment, asking Biden that as long as he was doing fake scat on his way out if he would declare Pete Rose a member of the Hall of Fame, was not only on point, but hilarious . . .
