If'n I'm reading this correctly, under Section 6, the rule that was published allowing an agency of the federal government to declare CO2 a pollutant, and therefore subject to federal regulation, is being abolished.
Section 7, again, if'n I'm reading it right, is putting a halt to the disbursement of funds to federally fund charging stations for electric vehicles.
