AND WHAT is your definition of a total upheaval on a global basis? Upending ALL established norms and creating chaos on a colossal scale.??? THE FOURTH TURNING ,thru history, shows us that concentrated change is always present,when u hit an APEX....we r on the down side of the apex and descending into the abyss ....the abyss then becomes a "birth" of a new paradigm .....read the book.
