the 10 acres pasture was pulled off the market,no takers at 1,100,000.....SO-O-O the rancher, who leases was mending fences yesterday, the horses have been turned out, water comes in around mid march and we have a warm beautiful peak at spring...sap is dripping from my maples, prairie dogs r out, lilacs r almost ready to bud out, got the handy man out tomorrow to help with spring yard clean up.....AH-H-H MARCH is a marvelous month.

DRAW BACK....not alot of moisture ,at all..and San Juans not REALLY deep with snow......not good.

I prefer heavy Winter snows, but South Park didn't get much this year. Hopefully the Spring snows are heavy.

We’ve been getting lots of small storms in Red Feather… biggest was about a foot. I’m hoping for a two or three footer before spring. Nothing more fun than deep snow on side by side with 35s. Still a kid I guess.
