The owner of the chain was suspected of stealing money from his employees so the employees had stopped working there
Earlier the same owner had closed other restaurants including Campfire in both Lakewood and Evergreen.
His last remaining restaurant is in Punta Mita, Mexico. It is thought he is hiding there.
The State of Colorado has seized the BBQ places.
Wonder if prosecutors will try to extradite him back to Colorado.
