Declines were “seen consistently across all groups by age, education, income, wealth, political affiliations, and geographic regions,” Joanne Hsu, director of the survey, said in a statement. “Many consumers cited the high level of uncertainty around policy and other economic factors.”

Why is that any different than the last 4 years? It’s not like Trump is trying to do a 180 in a speed boat. He has to turn a 100 mile long cruise ship. You can’t do that in two months.

BTW, your “verified view” is just you believing everything you read. A verified view is the same as a verified opinion. The inconvenient truth is, just like assholes, everybody has an opinion.

A fact is information without emotion.
An opinion is information shaped by experience.
Ignorance is an opinion without knowledge.
Stupidity is an opinion that rejects facts.

Agree. This takes time to fix. Took Reagan two years to fix Carter's stagflation.

I've had a packrat in my shop all winter that I've tried to live trap with no success. He/she/they recently decided to chew through the wiring harness on my side by side... so I had to take the gloves off and trap him the dead way. No more packrat.

I do look forward to more critters running around so my boxer/lab will start chasing them again and losing his winter fat.

Pack Rats are my mortal enemy. We had to buy shipping containers to protect our vehicle wiring from those dagnabit rodents!

Why would President Trump want to crash the economy? Hard to win the midterms when everyone blames you for being unemployed.
