I agree Fred, but tell me where the cuts would come from? If Trump even touches SS and Medicare, the midterms would be lost, and so would the entire Trump agenda. He and Musk need every single day of his 4 year term to make a difference. You know how the leftist propaganda machine works… touching the sacred cows really got now would give ammunition to the people whose only play is to demonize this administration. Trump is trying to get to a balanced budget, but you first have to show the people where all their money has been going.

He needs to explain baseline budgeting. Every year the budget increases for everyone. Just don't increase that budget every other year and then let the bureau decide which programs are least effective and need to be eliminated. So then the cuts are the fault of the bureaucrats and not the Republicans.

So you're saying Trump just needs to explain base line budgeting and the masses will have their opinions changed? People either like Trump and listen to his ideas or they hate Trump and dismiss every idea. Explanations of policy won't change the minds of anyone.

I consume commie news on a daily basis. The problem with your statement is that the leftist sources don't show their sheep Trump's cabinet meetings or most of Trump's statements in real time. If they do report on them, they pick and choose which parts the sheep are allowed to see, as long as they are able to frame his words in a bad light.

The people who really need to hear Trump don't get the opportunity unless they venture outside their bubble.
