Looks like disruptions are increasing layoffs in many industries. And we continue to see more federal employees made redundant.

Will those out of work easily find new employment?

Now President Trump wants to fire the Biden appointed head of the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Silver lining? If unemployment continues to rise, the Fed might decide to cut interest rates.
