And this will include many more states than Colorado

Never should have been allowed to begin with. If they actually added the ability to purchase a hot roasted chicken at the same time it would have been an even more noteworthy accomplishment. I mean, truly, you can walk into a 7Eleven and purchase a refrigerated burrito using your SNAP benefits, but if you use the microwave in the store to heat it up while you are waiting in line it is no longer eligible. Of course, you can wait and heat it up after your purchase without penalty too. A prime example of regulation for the sake of regulation . . .
