You see HA, some of us actually believe that we are all created equally and endowed with equal claim to the most fundamental of human rights enumerated in our founding document, life. When balancing the rights of individuals within the society, a temporary infringement on one individual to protect the rights of another is preferred over the permanent infringement of a right on the one to protect the right of another.

Since your life, and mine, along with every other human that has ever existed, was created when the gametes of our parents were joined, assigning the endowment of fundamental rights (as opposed to civil ones like voting) to any other point in time would be an arbitrary and capricious act rooted in personal beliefs instead the laws of nature and nature’s god, which are also central parts of our founding document.

Every law we have excuses an act of homicide for the same reasons, a threat of serious bodily harm or death, with the sole exception in a majority of the States being acts of elective homicide upon the human life in utero. You have no “right” to commit an act of homicide, but the laws may recognize and excuse such acts under certain circumstances. To date, the federal government has chosen not to excuse acts of elective homicide, nor have they chosen to prohibit the States from choosing whether to excuse them or not to excuse them.

But the facts remain, every State in this Union excuses an elective homicide which places a woman in danger of losing her own life or permanent injury, even the Texas law which propublica.com, and collectivists in general, seeks to disparage. If the no-limit crowd would amplify this message instead of seeking to create doubt and confusion among the populace and medical community with their disinformation, fewer women would be harmed in pursuit of their political profit.

I am present on the planet. I know women in Texas are being harmed by doctors in NY who prescribe “medication” to terminate a pregnancy and the women then suffers incomplete evacuation. That is the result of the no-limits crowd seeking political profit at the expense of pregnant women.

I know the law in Texas won’t prevent a woman of means from traveling to Colorado, or California, for her elective homicide and that doctors and clinics in those States are more than happy to profit off of this elective homicide tourism.

I know that the disinformation being spread by the no-limits crowd is causing confusion, and is harming women. I know that doctors in Texas who disagree with the law are leaning on this confusion, and harming their patients, in an effort to create a climate that changes the laws when all they really have to do is follow best care guidelines and make a reasonable medical decision that their patient falls under the exemption in the law to care for any woman who experiences a complication during her pregnancy.

I know all of this because I follow not only the collectivist hyperbole, but also the rulings in the cases which challenge the laws on the basis of the confusion caused by the disinformation that is liberally spread around by the no-limits factions that doctors and hospitals parrot when they choose to challenge, rather than follow, the laws passed by the people’s duly elected representatives and provide the care required under best care protocols.
