Republicans hold a 219-212 House majority and Trump is looking to break the streak of midterm House losses for the sitting president's party -- as happened to him in 2018 and to Democratic President Joe Biden in 2022 -- by pushing states starting with Texas to aggressively redistrict.Republicans hold a 219-212 House majority and Trump is looking to break the streak of midterm House losses for the sitting president's party -- as happened to him in 2018 and to Democratic President Joe Biden in 2022 -- by pushing states starting with Texas to aggressively redistrict.
AND THERE U HAVE IT..THE FOURTH TURNING COULD BRING DECADES OF R'S RULE.....U WERE WARNED THAT A HUGE EVENT WOULD OCCUR,HOW IT WAS TO MANIFEST WAS UP FOR GRABS
Hmmmm . . . seems to me the last First Turning, the last "High" cycle, the Republicans were also in charge for the majority of the time. Peace during the Cold War which started in the last 4th Turning, Interstate Highways were established, ow unemployment, rise in wages, homes were affordable for young families . . . that's when our generation were children, wasn't it HA? Those are the "good old days" the Boomers remember, right?

WHAT A SIMPLISTIC QUESTION...EVANGELIC CHRISTIAN RIGHT WROTE THE ''RULES'' IN THE HERITAGE FOUNDATION DOCUMENTS....THAT IS TRUMP'S TRUE BASE , HENCE THE HERITAGE FOUNDATION HAS OVER THROWN THE CONSTITUTION AND THE FOURTH TURNING IS NOW IN PLAY.

Make up your mind. You started this thread saying Republicans are going to rule for decades. When you see voter registrations dropping for Democrats and rising for Republicans, that does line up with what your initial statement says. Now you think unaffiliated voters are going to vote for Democrats? First you’d have to show me what policies the Democrats are pushing that common sense Americans would want. Can you list just one? Reopen the border? Pushing more DEI?
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
ZING...OVER YOUR HEAD, I AM SAYING THE UNAFFILIATED R INCREASING, BOTH R'S AND D'S R
NOT HAPPY AND DO NOT WANT TO JOIN UP WITH THE BROKEN SYSTEM, I AM ONE OF THEM....THE D'S HAVE BEEN INCREDIBLY INEFFECTIVE AND THE R'S R OVER THE TOP....WHERE DOES THAT LEAVE THE EDUCATED VOTER?
Picking either the Republican or the Democrat to vote for because the educated voter knows that voting third party is likely to increase the odds of their least favorite candidate winning the election.
