So another woke (likely mentally ill at some level) woman decided to rebrand an old American brand that was working. Just like with Bud Lite, there was instant backlash and the stock dropped 10% (I think). Trump weighs in today and gave some great business advice:
The announcement came just hours after Trump had weighed in on the rebrand, writing that, “Cracker Barrel should go back to the old logo, admit a mistake based on customer response (the ultimate Poll) and manage the company better than ever before.”
“They got a Billion Dollars worth of free publicity if they play their cards right,” Trump said in a Truth Social post, just a day after Cracker Barrel told customers the company could have handled its rebranding better than it did.
“Very tricky to do, but a great opportunity. Have a major News Conference today. Make Cracker Barrel a WINNER again,” Trump wrote.
And just like that, the company announced it would remain as it had been.
