Oh, I'm quite certain that when the "Fourth Turning" doesn't result in a complete meltdown by the end of 2028 that the deadline will be extended and the "Fourth Turning" will continue on. Kind of like every other doomsday, "end of the world" proclamation that's been issued for as long as humanity has contemplated its future. One of these days one of them will be right, but until then a new one will arise after the previous one fails to materialize. Wash, rinse, repeat . . . it's the "human" thing to do after all.

You want to make it all about Trump, but the truth of the matter is that no one will actually be able to pin down when the Fourth Turning ends until history has a chance to look backwards at this period of time.
