72 different people were using the same Social Security number to get these subsidies. If they were legal Americans, wouldn't they have their own?
The government clerks knew fraud was being committed but they didn't care. Or even shut down the subsidies.
The same federal government that never bothered turning off the wire transfers to Afghanistan after the Taliban took over Kabul. It is like no one cares anymore.
