1) Most condos are located in urban areas, many are bad neighborhoods people don't want to live.
2) Since many companies are still letting employees work from home a couple days a week, buyers prefer to buy a house in the burbs and commute rarely.
3) Condo and HOA fees, especially insurance, are rising faster than inflation.
