There has to be large numbers of young single men and women living on their own to reach 30%.

I think this will also rise because fewer young people understand how to treat other humans properly. Their parents let them get away with unsociable behaviors.

I know some older single guys who aren't wealthy enough or tall enough to appeal to single women so they just stopped dating.
