One reason is that employers are seeing that current high school and college graduates are under qualified,.
High schools are graduating students who don't have basic math and literacy skills.
Colleges are having to put their freshman students into remedial courses.
And college grade inflation has become so bad, 90% of students are "earning" A's and B's.
These diploma mills grads have a lack of skills and a horrible mindset.

You beat me to it. I think that an economy could really take off and n the foreign investors giddy up and energy production few continue to come down.
And I’m not sure how overvalued the stock market is. I think a lot of it is the new economic optimism that Trump hasvcreated. Finally having a president that is focused on making the country more prosperous has to give investors and companies the confidence to take more risks.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
Great point. I read all these stories about Deep Blue cities and states who do all they can to discourage new businesses from moving into their communities.
