Will we see home sellers letting the new buyers assume their 3% mortgages?

Saw this a few decades ago. No one wants to take on a 7% mortage after Covid-19 loans of 2 and 3 percent.

I think it would depend upon the lender,after all there is many dollars involved....banks r into generating money.....it think V.A. is letting loans be assumable.
