Do you think voters will be willing to give up millions in refunds?

I will certainly vote against the measure. This appears to be the 3rd attempt by the democrats to take away TABOR refunds. Is there a 3 strikes and your out rule in the democrat government of Colorado?

JMO....Tabor is like the holy grail ...I do not see it being allowed to VANISH.

It'll die a death of a thousand cuts. Every time any entity seeks a tax increase there is language attached to the proposal that exempts revenue collected in excess of what is allowed under TABOR. And when I say every time, I mean every time.

I vote no on the tax increase, even if I support the increase, whenever such language is part of the proposal.

Accurate. It will exist as an amendment but every ten years they will declare we are in crisis mode and refuse to return the overtaxed funds for another decade.
