I do wonder about President Trump sometimes. He seems to have more energy at 80 than I have at 60.
I am 9 mo. away from 80....sometimes my energy is good (still pain) and sometimes it just simple is GONE. it is a day by day thing, WHAT I HAVE LEARNED is ,i can not do long stretches 3 0r 4 hours at a time (two speeds, stop,go) is how I go thru life...NOT anymore . I learned that the hard way... one or two hours at the most...still gives me a after shock of pain...not just mild either....which has stunned me that
my life requires changing.. getting old is not for sissies...saw the poster, did NOT register..now it does.
