Depends on who is drawing the map and what if any sampling was made.
Not enough room for the NE states, so. they are lumped together against New Jersey. I. can state unequivocally that New Hampshire would randomly Massachusetts as the state they hate. The Bay Staters have moved to the N.H. side of the border to avoid Mass taxes. Brought their baggage with them and reinforce it be commuting to the Boston area for work.
A pied-a-terre tax like that of NYC would be helpful in addressing this situation.
Soon to see one espoused as soon as Weiser becomes governor.

UPDATE:
A Staten Island (one of NYC 5 boroughs) judge has blocked Mandami from instituting the pied-a-terre tax while the Homeowners lawsuit proceeds through the courts.

Texas residents pretty much take over Crested Butte in the Summer. Honestly see more Texas than Colorado plates. But they seem nice.

I posted this elsewhere and they pointed out the same. New Hampshire hates the Mass-holes, like the Colorado people who hate California transplants.

Florida real estate agents say Mandami is helping increase immigration to their state. Will he turn NYC into Detroit? Decayed empty buildings?
