If there could be a coming together of Americans across all aisles, what three things would we have to agree on?
How to manage the economy?
Military budgets?
Income levels?
Social spending?
Campaign funding?
The role of religion in regards to government?
Education?
Immigration?
Income tax structure?
Cultural differences?
????
Ok....so what would you like to see us agree on? What do we do about immigration? Do we/can we send back every illegal immigrant that is now here? If so, how?
Sorry AV but I don't see one issue that right and left would agree on. They are all political constituencies that neither side would compromise. Even if there is agreement on the end result how to achieve it would create a fight. Fun for discussion though.
congress can't exempt itself from any laws of the people - what is good for the goose is good for the gander.
