I think it is just right, he missed the basics and thought State law trumps Federal law. The he decided to flaunt his belief.

I don't think we shouldn't encourage selective prosecution.....We don't want to have to suck up to the cops and District attorneys to stay out of jail...

The guy obviously uses too much of his own product. If a few key governors (and its not Hick) get elected there will be a challenge to the Feds under the 10th Amendment. Is pot a threat to the nations security? I don't think so, hence it could fall under state law (remember how the state passed the MMJ law)?
