I heard an ad couple days ago and finally had the chance to look it up:

Very interesting read, but what’s amazing is that this group has already filed for the ballot measures for 2012.

Two tax ballot measures for the 2012, yes 2012, ballot were filed today, including a provision that eliminates the hated business personal property tax.
The measures – known as proposal 7 and proposal 8 – also call for reducing the state sales tax but taxing services as well as goods, changing the income-tax system to a graduated system and making a tax credit for low-income workers permanent.

So these proposals were filed months ago regardless of the outcome of this election. Amazing, just amazing.

If they were filed months ago what is the big secret? Why did the 'right wing media' watchdogs wait so long to bring this up?
