Most of the seafood in the frozen section at KS and Safeway is from China. It's hard to find Made in US seafood.

Try to find a good shoe made in America in a retail store.

New Balance Shoes are made in America. Not sure if they employ illegals or not.

And while you are giving thanks to union members, thank them also for demanding safer working standards for American employees and the forty hour work week.

Now back on topic.

Hey sparky, what did unions do? Demanded higher wages and benefits for mediocre workers. What did company owners do when customers continued to demand that they charge less for their products? Realized that their customers were the ones who paid their bills and the customer is always right. So they figured out how to get the products to their customers for less. By having Juan, Ismael and Mr Wong make them instead of the dumbasses from the union. And you can be sure it was those same dumbasses from the union who were demanding cheaper prices from the retailers. So thanks to their greed and an IQ smaller than their belt size they drove American jobs out of America.

So be sure to thank a union member for killing American jobs. :bash

That was back when...say? 40 years ago or 50 years ago?

Let's thank them for raising the prices of goods so non-union Americans have to work for 60 - 80 hours a week to afford the union products and the taxes to paid for unioned government services.
