McDonald's Workers Told: Only Get Raises If Republicans win

Of course the employer has no right to know how the employees voted, but he has every right to suggest how they should vote.

McDonalds? The same company that Obama and Pelosi gave a pass on Obamacare.

Original story, much ado about nothing. There is no way for the owners to determine who voted for who. And it is just like the anti-Tabor campaign saying if it passes firemen will lose their jobs and be unable to fight fires.

Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.

Suggesting how they should vote, and telling them that if the petulant little sh** doesn't get his way in the election that they will be penalized PERSONALLY in their paychecks is voter-intimidation.

With any luck, someone will file a lawsuit and sue his butt for voter-intimidation.

"If the right people are elected we will be able to continue with raises and benefits at or above our present levels. If others are elected we will not."

That is not intimidation. That is sound business advice.

That's your interpretation... It would be interesting to see what the courts might interpret it to be.

We can't sue unions....the government has their back. Voter intimidation goes on every election cycle in the NEA ranks. Educators are threatened.

By the way, I find it extremely hilarious that the left all of sudden wants to protect the "little guy" vote, isn't it the left who wants public check card voting for unions?

Yea, you should see the letters that the NEA passes around JeffCo schools each election season. Not a peek in the media. They actually outline why each candidate is the NEA's choice.

The NEA comes right out and says, "if you vote democrat you will receive X and Y." Why can't McDonald's?

I can only imagine what the SEIU passes around in the government buildings it's members reside in.
