Why do you claim fraud? If you actually read the facts, Missouri does not purge their files until a voter has not voted in two election cycles. So if a voter dies, or moves out of state, they remain on the voter rolls for two election cycles. Further, the voter rolls are real time, while the census data lags behind several years, so if the county has population growth, that would skew the data.

Is there actually evidence of fraud, or is this simply a cut and paste outrage?

It would be different if there were more votes than residents, but that simply is not the case.

Read about Truman's political career. You'll learn a lot about Missouri politics. Seems things just never change.
