Comm Center Group- Potluck Lunch Invite

AV8OR and I met today and have come up with a complete plan that we would like to share with Park County folks at a Pot Luck Fund Raiser event that we are going to hold at my home this coming Saturday January 29th from 1:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. No later. We are planning on having the Attorney Present to explain exactly what we are doing, answer questions regarding what we intend to do, and First and Foremost strategize with those people who are willing to Contribute Financially, whatever they can afford to contribute, and contribute time and effort to different stages of this plan and effort to stop the wasteful spending of taxpayer dollars. This plan to build a Communications Center in this economically down market where there are businesses closing, tax revenues declining due to population loss, job loss, Home Foreclosures and other circumstances shows that mature consideration for spending our tax dollars must be our public officials primary concern. Common sense and concern for the public trust should obviate stopping this reckless spending.

We have reached a point where posting complaints about Park County Officials, Commissioners, Sheriff, Clerk, etc. and taking potshots on forums like this, are creating an image of a few whackos in the community. It is about time we get COMPLETELY ORGANIZED and accomplish something positive for the people of Park County.

I am addressing this to all the folks who have expressed interest in opposing the Comm Center. Please step up and make plans and join us Saturday. Now is the time to come together for our own benefit.

since i won't be there whatever is decided i have a request. before engaging an attorney so as to avoid having to have the taxpayers pay for the county attorney to fight the issue, please let the county commissioners know your concerns and give them an opportunity to cure. you don't have to tell them you are engaging an attorney or whatever, just give them the opportunity to resolve the issues.

will you be sending any summaries of what was discussed on saturday via email since it looks like it won't be available via this website?
