Hot Dog Stand Comment in Flume this Week.

I found the comments in the flume this week by some citizen very odd.

After reading an article about a potential conflict between a local business owner and the police over rights and wrongs....

His take on it was the thing is an eyesore and it does not meet his vision of a mountain building and thus should be moved. No comment on any of the facts of the conflict. He simply pushed his socialized vision of the world, including land he does not own or has even tried to purchase.

I wonder if he would be ok if a bunch of other people could have his house moved if they do not like it?

But from what I read in the paper, this is the case. Down in denver they are currently surveying for all kinds of historical buildings....like 1950 ranch houses so that the rights of those owners can be restricted to preserve these jokes of houses...which by the way are owned by people and not communites...or are they?

I thought it was odd as well. City folks going to tell us what is needed and what is not needed in the mountains. Amazing!
