He took the Deputies gun, shot the deputy 3 times before he was shot and killed and his family thinks (because they did thier own investigation) that deadly force should not have been used. The police dept should sue the family for wasting the courts and police depts time.
They should be thankful his death was quick. They could have watched years of court proceedings and death penalty many years later at the great expense of taxpayers. One less maggot in the world who can no longer reproduce.
