Where are the jobs? You guys have the majority... You can't push through your own stuff with a clear majority?

The majority in only one side of the Senate, not both and a do nothing but talk President doesn't help. But to answer your question, mostly in the states where the unions don't have a strangle hold on employers. Creating the Green jobs is a pipe dream (opiate I think) since the green energy sources are so inefficient vs coal and petroleum. Without government subsidies or incentives there wouldn't be any.

Jobs will follow profits. No business is going to hire additional labor until it has the need.
