I think the peace will hold. You don't want to mess with Israel overtly, but I wouldn't be surprised if the Palestinians gets more covert military help from the new goverment for attacking Israel.

It will depend on what happens in Egypt over the next few months. Will they end up with a democracy, a theocracy, a strong man dictatorship, or military rule? Will they lean to the west or to Mecca? Will they honor past treaties or throw all the past out the door. Jockeying for power is and will be intense.
