Freakin brilliant!
Yep.....the Republicans wouldn't let the Democrats put any teeth into the bill, they are big on providing loopholes for whoever wants them.
Well, at least the republicans did something right. Repeal the mess and start over.

How typical is that.....you whine and moan about something till you find it wasn't the democrats but the republicans who did it, then suddenly it's a good thing. Too, too damn funny.

I knew damn well who took the teeth out of the bill. It was the republican's attempt to make it not worth passing. How did the democrats respond? They passed the giant piece of crap anyway.
Did you catch who voted the piece of crap in with no teeth?
THE DEMOCRATS!

And a good thing too...better a bill with no teeth than no bill at all......it forces idiots like our new republican house to actually try and come up with an alternative.......doing NOTHING is not an option, but that is what Republicans would do if they could get away with it now. As it stands now, if they want to change this bill they will need to supply alternatives or Obama will just veto their efforts and the current bill will stay in effect. So lets see what they can offer as a viable alternative.....

They tried during the original discussions... slow down, address each issue in an open debate, and avoid the use of an incomprehensibly long 'one bill fixes everything' approach.
The democrats responded with "we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it"
Brilliant. Bend over Americans! We'll tell you how bad it was after it's all over.

I have no problem with attempts to change/improve the bill, it should be done, but if the bill had never passed in the first place the very last thing Republicans would be tackling would be health care. Passing this bill has forced them to step up and do something, otherwise the bill will stand as is. Again....lets wait and see what the Republicans propose.

Reducing the size and scope fo the federal government will create jobs by fostering optimism in the business leaders. Right now, with the threat of the federal government's continued exponential growth, businesses are not growth minded. They are hunkering down to ride out the storm.
