I ran across this just after commenting in the Issa thread. I am not posting it for the obvious tit for tat reason, but because this cracked me up.
"Tort reforms that put limits on such unrestrained class-action medical lawsuits by trial lawyers would save $40 billion annually, and up to $400 billion over a decade."
Do we really need to be told that if it saves 40 billion a year, it will save 400 billion in ten years? And what up with the "up to"?
